Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it be before I get my pet’s ashes back?
Your pet’s ashes should be ready for collection within 72 hours. Most of the personalised memorial items which we supply will also be ready within the same time frame.
What container will the ashes be in when I get them back?
We have a wide selection of urns, caskets and scatter tubes for you to choose from. These can be viewed in our reception area, or the selection can be emailed to you for you to make your decision.
Can the urn or casket be personalised with our pet’s name?
We offer a free engraving service if you would like a small plaque to go on the casket with your pet’s name and dates or a few special words. For a small additional fee, we can offer a larger plaque engraved with your pet’s photograph or a written tribute.
Can you do a print of my pet’s paws for me?
With every cremation, we will try to take a paw print and fur clipping, if possible. The paw will be imprinted onto a ceramic plaque, glazed, and then fired in a kiln to provide you with a beautiful keepsake to treasure, as our gift to you.
Will my pet be cremated individually?
Any pet in our care will be handled, transported and cremated completely individually. We aim to ensure your pet is treated with as much dignity and respect as you would expect for a human cremation.
Will my pet’s ashes be contaminated with other ashes?
After every cremation the chamber will be carefully swept out to ensure you receive all your pet’s ashes with no cross contamination from one cremation to the next.
